Great hotel with some flaws
Nice employees. Room 801 was very spacious and had a great bed. Private bathroom was good. The vending machine around the corner of 801 was heavily used by us so great to have it there. The amenities were appreciated. The fridge was big enough for a few bigger bottles making it easy for us to use. Airco did its job but was pointed towards bed so we couldn't use it during the night. Very well lit room! Very clean hotel! Location near subway/metro towards Hakata is a plus!
Room 802 is a little less spacious and my brother said his bed was too stiff (his bed did feel different compared to mine in 801). He could feel the springs. The hotel is very close to the train tracks and you can't miss that. The isolation between the rooms isn't good as my brother could hear his neighbours' conversations even though he could hear they tried to be as quiet as possible. I also noticed that. The shower curtain was a bit annoying as the ventilation blows the curtain into the shower, making it a bit narrow there.
